David clearly needs to take some notes from Timmy Bow Ties on starting a fire. That burger looks DELICIOUS! It seemed it would be impossible to start a fire after pouring water on his sticks...God also did what seemed impossible in our Bible story this week. Elijah challenged the prophets of Baal to a competition, and the ultimate test would decide once and for all who was the true God. God was able to prove this through FIRE! We serve a really creative God!
GO! Lesson 3.1 (October 4, 2026)
Elijah vs. the Prophets of Baal
Key Verse: Exodus 20:3
Big Idea: The Lord is the one and only God, so we can put Him first in our life.
